Description
Trauma-Informed Customer Service is a training for CalFresh Healthy Living staff and community educators facilitating classes and/or capacity-building programs in their community that would like to develop their customer service and relationship-building skills. Rooted in trauma-informed principles and practices, this training will help participants more effectively and compassionately handle difficult situations that may arise during their community-based work.
